Summer Steak Salad & Saucy Basmati Rice

Salt the steak and refrigerate uncovered while we prep the other ingredients. Cook the Authentic Royal Basmati Rice according to the package directions. Prep the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, parsley, basil, and Thai basil. Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Pat the steak dry, grill or sear to your preferred doneness, then cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss the ingredients together in a large bowl and slowly add dressing while stirring until dressed appropriately. Serve over Authentic Royal Basmati Rice.
